For small business we manage everything IT - from phones to computers to servers and handle the end-user help desk requests live, Mon.- Fri. 8am to 6pm. 

For mid-sized organizations we assist the in-house IT team and together form a cohesive team with the skills to tackle any problem quickly.  Our Monitoring, Reporting, and Patching tools are watching 24/7/365.

For large organizations, we handle the heavy lifting projects.  From Server Virtualization projects to IP Telephony preparation or IP Telephony installation.  We support complex Cisco Networking, Microsoft/Linux/Mac servers environments.  Our specialty is in complex Cisco Systems networking, security, MS Exchange, and wireless projects.

Our clients IT infrastructure is supported through one of two types of support agrangements: PRSVP or NASP.

The Premier Regulary Scheduled Visit Program (PRSVP) is a support plan for small to medium sized businesses.  SNS is your IT Department with around the clock help desk services.  All for a flat rate.

The Network Assist Support Plan (NASP) is designed to provide your company's Network Administrator a helping hand.  With the same benfits of the PRSVP, but with a focus on supporting the admin - the NASP provides the in-house network administrator the resources and tools needed to escalate and manage the networks 24/7/365.
