Challenge: The client is a start-up company in need of a phone system that would fulfill their current needs and support their aggresive grow plans.
Solution: Together we chose to implement a Cisco UC500 IP telephony system. The conference phone feature was important to the client, the Cisco solution offers a high quality IP-based conference phone.
During the implementation of the new phone system, we also managed the provision of a new Voice PRI line and handled the whole process. The new PRI provided a block of DID's for direct dialing.
