Client: Shawmut Design & Construction, a $800 million general contracting and construction management firm
Challenge: Headquartered in Boston, Shawmut also has offices in New York and Providence. SNS was originally hired to install about 500 business telephones along with related systems in all three locations.
Solution: We implemented the phone systems in each office, trained the end users, and now deliver ongoing support. The robust IP Telephony phone system enables office to office dialing across the Wide Area Network for all locations.
Today: SNS provides 3Com NBX support in New York, Boston, Providence, and Atlantic City, NJ.
