"I’ve worked with SNS for the last 6 years for the 3 different companies I been at (the prior companies still work with SNS).  I rely on SNS for my outsourced IT on a daily basis and they help annually with our firms’ IT strategy.  SNS has built my network from the ground up.  We have five servers all seamlessly integrated (Term server, Domain controller, Blackberry server, Accounting Server, 3Com phone server).  We have never had any issues whatsoever outside of hardware failure but even then SNS reacts promptly to remedy the issues caused by a bad machine (not SNS’ fault). The SNS help desk is a tremendous resource and I cannot say enough good things about each of the guys.  Each one of my staff members can call their help desk at any time for any reason and the problem is usually fixed in minutes.  Their engineers are knowledgeable and personable and they are onsite usually monthly.  They make recommendations that are in the best interest of the client as well.  SNS also provides my company with nightly backups and the restore process usually take less than one hour.  Behind the scenes, SNS keeps all of our licenses current. On weekends and at night network upgrades and patches are installed and we’ve never had a business interruption because of SNS…100% up time for our organization.
Brad is my sales consultant at SNS and I look to him to provide recommendations and solutions that are effective and cost friendly.  Kevin Low is the CEO of SNS and is very accessible if need be but I mostly deal with the people he has surrounded himself with because they just get the job done, consistently, no fuss and no drama.  I consider them a core critical partner to our company, just like our banker or our insurance company that allows us to focus on our business of making outstanding all natural tortilla chips.  They have my highest recommendation."
